  • Creator of the Cosmos
In Genesis 1:1–2:3, Moses sets before us the opening work of the triune God, revealing His infinite power, wisdom, and goodness in the creation of the heavens and the earth. We consider the absolute beginning of creation, the Spirit's presence over the waters, and the orderly progression of the six days as God forms and fills the world by His word. Particular attention is given to the literary structure of the creation account. Far from presenting a chaotic or purposeless universe, this passage reveals a creation ordered according to the wise design of its sovereign Maker. Finally, we consider how the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness shines in our hearts through the gospel of Jesus Christ. The creation account calls us to behold the glory of our triune Creator and respond with reverent worship.

  • But Noah Found Grace in the Eyes of the LORD
When God looked upon the earth and saw that "all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth" (Genesis 6:12), how did one man find grace in His eyes? Read verse 9 and ask what the words on either side of "perfect in his generations" (Genesis 6:9) tell a reader that phrase means. Then ask whether Noah walked with God because he knew a flood was coming, or whether he had no idea at all. "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." (Genesis 6:8)

  • THE DAY YOUR SECRET CATCHES UP WITH YOU
THE DAY YOUR SECRET CATCHES UP WITH YOU.[YOU CAN RUN—BUT YOUR SIN KNOWS YOUR ADDRESS!] Numbers 32:23 KJV Moses gave Israel one of Scripture's most sobering warnings: "Be sure your sin will find you out." Sin may be hidden from family, friends, the church, and the preacher, but it can never be hidden from God. Through David's concealed adultery, Achan's buried treasure, Peter's denial, and the Bible's law of sowing and reaping, this message examines the reality, secrecy, certainty, and discovery of sin. Yet the message ends with hope: we do not have to wait for hidden sin to destroy us. "Whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." The answer is not to hide better, but to come into the light, confess our sin, and experience the cleansing available through the blood of Jesus Christ.Don't cover it—confess it. Don't hide it—forsake it. Don't run from God—run to Christ.

  • Remember God's Mercy, Part 1
This sermon examines the believer's relationship to the unregenerate world by analyzing Paul's exhortation in Titus to remember their former state of spiritual darkness, sensual enslavement, and relational discord. The message argues that recalling this past condition serves two primary purposes: it establishes the necessity for biblical separation from worldly sin and it cultivates a posture of humility toward unbelievers. Rather than adopting a militant or arrogant stance, believers are called to recognize that their transformation is solely the work of God's intervening mercy and the Holy Spirit. This awareness of grace should motivate Christians to act as humble ministers of the Gospel, shining as light in the darkness without boasting or contempt. The sermon concludes by urging the congregation to let this memory of their past and God's present grace shape their daily conduct and interactions with society.

  • Stand Fast in Confidence and Hope
Hebrews continues to point to Christ as the faithful Son whose house we are if we trust in Him. This sermon points to the household of God as a people who were brought out of the darkness of sin and into the light of Christ. The author of Hebrews cites Psalm 95:7b-11 to warn against rebellion and testing God. It is very important to see that Hebrews cites Scripture as "the Holy Spirit says" (Hebrews 3:7). We are exhorted to hear with faith and confidence in God's promises. We point out that the wilderness generation saw continual miracles, yet most of them died in unbelief. As a result, they did not enter the promised rest. An implication of this is that the mighty works of God in Christ which point to Christ do not guarantee that people will have faith. The one miracle that makes all people accountable to believe the gospel is the resurrection of Christ. We cite passages from the gospels to demonstrate this fact. We also make applications about the need for faith and obedience which does not give in to being hard hearted like those who rebelled in the wilderness. We must hold fast our confidence and boast in Christ firm to the end.

  • September 27th, 2026 Current Events Update
    (1) Israel Watch 9/27/26: An epidemic of rape and abuse of women in Gaza BY Hamas (while antisemites lie and blame Israel). We play a 2+ minute clip of Netanyahu's UN rebuke of nations who walked out on him. We play a video clip of Donald Trump rejecting Iran's counter-deal offer and review the Gog Magog Watch as Iran-Persia and allies invade Israel, "To take a spoil, and to take a prey". (2) Pres. Trump Did NOT Usher In The Image of the Beast: We refute the OBVIOUS Bible abuse and lies about the "Change A.I. to S.I." speech at the U.N. (3) But the Unholy See of the Beast IS Here: It is the Antichrist Papacy. We watch hundreds of thousands of adoring worshippers of "the man of sin" and review quotes from the last four centuries demonstrating that our position that the final Pope will be the son of perdition (First Beast/Antichrist) was the standard position of Bible believers until recent decades. (4) On A Lighter Note: Finish The Meme. A raccoon comments on "smart cars, phones, etc." A warning from Pfizer about the need for a fourth booster. And a "positive affirmation" quote from none other than Darth Vader! https://bbfohio.com
