Using the tale of Hosea and Gomer, I pose the question; Why do we struggle with being consistent when trying to break habits, and make the necessary changes in our lives?

Is it really just easier to stay in the rut of toxic habits and relationships? In figuring out why we struggle to let go, can we perhaps figure out a system that helps us stick to and be the change we want to see?
