  • #11 Healing From the Inside-Out | with Bri Goodfellow

In this heartfelt conversation, I’m joined by my close friend and powerhouse wellness coach, Bri Goodfellow - founder of Salt & Light Functional Health Coaching. Bri’s journey from struggling with her own health to becoming a Certified Health and Functional Nutrition Coach is such a beautiful example of what it means to heal from the inside out.

We talk about what that phrase really means, and how Bri’s personal healing has been shaped by aligning her life with her values, learning to trust herself, and reconnecting with a sense of spirituality she once felt disconnected from. We also dive into the ways our own spiritual views connect, differ, and continue to evolve as we grow into more authentic versions of ourselves.

Together, we explore what it takes to move through fear, embrace self-doubt, and say yes to a life that reflects who you really are. Whether you’re walking through a season of self-discovery or seeking a deeper connection to holistic wellness, this conversation is full of encouragement, honesty, and light.

  • #10 Boundaries That Heal

Boundaries can feel intimidating, especially when they involve the people we love most. But the more I’ve learned to set them, the more I’ve realized: boundaries aren’t walls, they’re bridges back to ourselves.

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the most transformative shifts for me personally: learning to set and uphold boundaries. Over the past year, I’ve had to draw more boundaries than ever, particularly in close relationships. At first, it felt uncomfortable and even painful, but over time, it became a gateway to freedom and authenticity.

I share personal stories about stepping away from unhealthy dynamics, how therapy helped me stay anchored in my truth, and what it looks like to let go of the urge to fix or carry what isn’t mine. We’ll talk about how boundaries actually create more room for connection, not less, and how they’re essential for our healing and expansion.

  • #9 Why You’re Already Enough

For so much of my life, I believed I had to do more or be more to be worthy of love, success, or even rest. But the truth is this: we are already enough just as we are.

In this episode, I’m sharing how my personal growth journey led me from childhood patterns of feeling not-enough to a deeper sense of self-acceptance (that I still work on). We’ll talk about how personal growth isn’t about becoming worthy - it’s about remembering that you always were.

I also share how investing in your own growth can help you break through limiting beliefs, build more fulfilling relationships, and feel more grounded in who you are. It’s not just about the work - it’s also about the joy of connecting with like-minded people, celebrating small wins, and reclaiming your voice.

  • #8 Honoring Your Natural Rhythm

We’re not meant to bloom year-round - and yet, so many of us feel the pressure to constantly produce, achieve, and stay "on." But what if peace is actually in the pause?

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’ve been learning to honor my natural rhythm - spiritually, emotionally, and biologically. I open up about the shifts I’ve made through therapy, especially around releasing the belief that rest is laziness or that productivity equals worth.

We’ll explore the wisdom of nature’s seasons and how they reflect the cycles in our own lives, as well as the differences between how men and women experience hormonal rhythms. Understanding these natural patterns can change the way we approach self-care, creativity, and energy management.

  • #7 Hurting Your Own Feelings

Sometimes, the person who hurts our feelings...is us. Not because we mean to, but because we fall into old patterns - assuming the worst, people-pleasing to keep the peace, or comparing ourselves to everyone else’s highlight reel.

In this episode, I’m exploring the quiet, often unnoticed ways we end up hurting our own feelings - especially when we're acting from childhood conditioning or projecting stories onto situations without all the facts. We’ll talk about the power of remembering that nothing is personal, the importance of staying grounded in truth, and the beauty of giving ourselves permission to reset at any moment.

This is your invitation to get curious about the stories you’re telling yourself, and to replace them with something more compassionate and true.

  • #6 Growing Together | with Jack Williams

In this first guest episode, I’m joined by someone very close to my heart: my husband, Jack. This conversation is full of reflection and a look into how we’ve grown both individually and together since we were teenagers.

We talk about Jack’s experience growing up as the youngest sibling, what school was like for him, and the moments he might approach differently if he had the chance. We also share the story of how our relationship began and what we believe to be our strongest points of connection - and challenge - as partners.

Jack opens up about his entrepreneurial journey, which infamously started with selling gum on the school bus, and how that spark has evolved into something deeper. He also shares the personal “why” that fuels his drive to keep growing and striving for the best version of himself.

Whether you’re in a relationship, navigating personal growth, or simply curious about how two people support each other on parallel paths, this one offers a glimpse behind the scenes.

  • #5 Finding Your People

Finding your people - those you feel safe, seen, and supported by - can feel both deeply fulfilling and incredibly vulnerable. The truth is, we don’t attract what we want...we attract what we are.

In this episode, I’m exploring what it really means to call in meaningful relationships and how the way we care for ourselves shapes the connections we draw in. I’ll share practical reflections on identifying what you value in friendship, how to meet your own needs without abandoning yourself, and why accepting the evolution of those we love is essential for long-lasting connections.

This conversation is a reminder that aligned relationships begin within, and that cultivating connection starts by showing up for yourself first.

  • #4 Coming Back to Yourself

Sometimes we don’t need a major breakthrough - we just need a moment to come home to ourselves.

In this episode, I’m sharing simple yet meaningful ways to reconnect with what really matters: your body, your relationships, the earth, and the space around you. These are practices that have helped me slow down and re-center when life feels loud or distracting.

We’ll explore how these small, intentional moments can anchor you in gratitude and bring you back to the present - without needing to overhaul your whole routine.

If you’ve been feeling a little disconnected lately, this is your gentle reminder that you don’t have to go far to find your way back.

  • #3 Self-Help DOs and DON'Ts

I’ve spent a lot of time diving into the self-help world - books, podcasts, courses, all of it. And while there’s a lot of wisdom out there, I’ve also seen how easy it is to get overwhelmed or start chasing “fixes” that pull us further from our own truth.

In this episode, I’m sharing the biggest DOs and DON’Ts I’ve picked up along the way, and why your own intuition will always be more valuable than any checklist or advice. We’ll talk about how to take what resonates and leave the rest, and how to use self-help tools without letting them become another way to box yourself in.

For example: DO practice self-care, but DON’T let anyone else define what that looks like for you.

This is a reminder that you are your own best guide. The goal isn’t perfection or performing personal growth - it’s living from the inside out.

  • #2 Remember Who You Are

So much of personal growth gets framed around learning - new habits, tools, mindsets - but some of the most powerful shifts come from unlearning what was never ours to begin with.

In this episode, I’m diving into the difference between learning and unlearning, and how both can shape our healing in very different ways. I share a visual that’s helped me deeply: how learning is like climbing a mountain, while unlearning is like digging a well. One is about reaching, the other is about returning.

I’ll also share a recent moment from my own life where something I had been learning finally met something I had been unlearning, and the result was this affirming, full-circle clarity I didn’t even know I needed.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re trying so hard to grow, but some part of you just wants to come home to yourself... this one’s for you.
