In this episode, I share some excitement about receiving feedback from friends, how grief and gratitude feel like the same same but different and close the episode with a piano song I wrote for Lily.
Hope you enjoy this one—and thanks for being here!

In this short and spacious episode, I share that I’m preparing for the passing of my dog after 14 years together. Instead of speaking too much, I offer a peaceful song I created using sound bowls, a hand pan, and a shruti box.
Hope you enjoy:)
In this episode, I reflect on a few powerful Lucia Light therapy sessions—one that brought me back to the womb, quite literally. I share what surfaced in those experiences, from color and flight to memory and meaning. I also talk about beginning the Venus Sequence with the Gene Keys and how I ended up moving to the place I was born, unknowingly living there for the exact amount of time it took to complete it. A little mystical, a lot of full circles.

In this short and sweet episode, I reflect on the word union—how it shows up in commUNIcatiON, and how conflict can actually be a path back to connection. I also share a glimpse behind the scenes at Seismic Dance Event, talk about filming a vlog, and reflect on the process of rebranding my website and offerings.

In the spirit of performing at Seismic Dance Event this weekend, I’m sharing the story of how I became a gogo dancer—where the inspiration first struck, the steps I took to get on a team, and what those early days looked like. I reflect on how festival performances have shifted over the years, especially behind the scenes, and tie it back to last week’s theme of digging the well deep. Staying devoted to what you love matters.

In this episode, I reflect on my first dance performance since coming back from surgery—an interactive piece I performed in Austin at the university. I also talk about a recent Gene Keys session where the feedback didn’t land as I’d hoped, but how the experience helped me grow, re-center, and deepen my trust in the process.
It’s all part of the journey—the art, the learning, the getting back up.

In this episode, I share some of the books, podcasts, comedians, and YouTube shows that have shaped, inspired, and entertained me along the way. From the fantasy worlds of Sarah J. Maas to the deep dives of Deja Blu, Rick Rubin, and Gene Keys conversations — these are the things that have lit me up. I also talk about the podcasts that made me laugh or think a little deeper, and the stories that moved me to make art, pick up the piano again, and keep creating.
This one's a little window into the things I love and the people whose voices have walked beside me through it all.
In this episode, I share the story of my unexpected appendix removal. It’s a little medical, a little magical, and a whole lot of perspective.
In this episode, I share how embracing abundance and taking leaps of faith have shaped my journey—whether it was moving, investing in The Gene Keys Guides Program, or navigating big decisions. I talk about how doing the best with what you have opens doors, the power of timing, and the importance of trusting in yourself along the way. And why a true win-win-win is the best outcome for everyone involved.
Because if it’s not a win-win for all, it’s not a win at all.

In this episode, I share how a four-month journey through the Activation Sequence at the start of covid changed everything for me. While working at Lululemon, Juiceland, and performing, I immersed myself in the Gene Keys, eventually taking a leap of faith to quit my five-year job and follow a new path.
As Rick Rubin says, “Do what you can with what you have. Nothing more is needed. There are no excuses.”
This mindset helped me build a strong foundation in myself through the Activation Sequence and gave me the courage to step into my journey of becoming a Gene Keys guide—taking leaps of faith along the way.
