How big a factor is talent really? Last week I had the pleasure of “unpacking success,” with arguably one of Australia’s youngest and most successful entrepreneurs, Hayden McEvoy. Hayden’s perspective regarding talent, skill and what he considers achievable without either is something I am certain those that use lack of “talent,” to justify inaction will not enjoy hearing.
