How could I not give Leaders Press On a 5 star review! Outstanding insight to recognize leaders who runs an ethical business and presses through the hard times and the fears of reaching success. Yes, every leader fears success, yet few speak the words. In Leaders Press On, Paul gives you the inside view to pouring into your business and pouring back out when you need to reevaluate your game plan. Using his own vast knowledge and the acknowledgement that he was not alone in the journey of leadership, gave deep credibility to his story. If you are considering making a change and want a clear image of what vision looks like in an environment that you are familiar with but knows a change is needed, don't pass this book by because the inner examination of your purpose and your vision has the potential to see it from a new perspective.

Written for leaders, I can personally say that Paul Gustavson's book was the light I needed in the darkness that surrounded me this past year.
