    Profit quite easily visible
    What makes this book purchasable?
    - The definteness of usage and applicability
    - The author, along with His father has produced few books which are actually referance materials written in an understandable way.
    - The reader can find much use towards applyig in daily life
    Next,
    Why this book?
    - Experience in the subject - I understand that the author has a good amount of experience in this subject
    - Ability to make the reader understand what the concept is about as early as possible in the book
    - Motivation is quite agreeably not an easy subject to poach upon, then, We understand as we read that the author gives us definitely adaptable methods within the first 6 to 8 minutes of the book.
Those who use this book will be able to find much use for they can understand what motivates and what just simply tells
Great tips for actually accomplishing goals and motivating.
I will implement the "punishment" approach for accomplishing goals. We act more on fear or loosing than on desire of accomplishment, so donating an amount of money that hurts to a cause you don't like if you don't accomplish a controllable goal might be a strong reason to actually follow up on the tasks.
Regarding motivation, I like the concept that the best motivation for people is helping them with their projects and results. Highly recommend the books of this author. Concise and very useful information is provided.
As always with a great sense of humor
One more piece of art written by very respectful Tom "Big Al" Schreiter and Keith Schreiter.
A lot of priceless information on different personalities types.
As always with a great sense of humor. And this is just greate.
A MUST read book for any network marketing beginner and anybody who wants to be a PRO in this simple but not easy business.
Thank you Tom and Keith very much!!!
Looking forward for next new book.
    Great. Simple and practicable
Keith and Big Al provide candid insight into the industry and focus specifically on various techniques that a leader can learn and apply to motivate their team. Everyone will relate and most importantly learn by applying these techniques as a new or old leader.
    Best and proven
    Very nice book.

    Title: High-Hanging Fruit
Subtitle: Build Something Great by Going Where No One Else WIll
    Author: Mark Rampolla
    Narrator: Mark Rampolla
    Format: Unabridged
Length: 6 hrs and 51 mins
    Language: English
    Release date: 07-19-16
    Publisher: Recorded Books
Ratings: 5 of 5 out of 28 votes
    Genres: Business, Leadership
    Publisher's Summary:
When Mark Rampolla filled a notebook with potential start-up ideas, his wife asked him some tough questions. What about this idea is exciting, beyond the possibility of a profit? How will it fit into a life that makes you and your family happy? How will it change the world? Eventually Mark found his great idea: coconut water. He had seen the developing world use coconut water, but this valuable resource was being discarded in the US.
While taking on the beverage industry was a big goal - high-hanging fruit - it was worth the risk because Mark believed passionately that it could change the world. After years of hard work, ZICO Coconut Water became a huge success and was eventually sold to Coca-Cola for more than $200 million.
This book is about harnessing your values to make money and produce a product or service that will truly resonate with consumers, bring you joy and fulfillment, and leave a mark on the world. Large incumbent corporations often try to trick this savvy audience through packaging or advertising, but customers see through it and instead are drawn to insurgent brands derived from the founders' passion and positive impact in the world.

Starting a business? This is worth a listen.
Not usually a big fan of these kinds of books, but during this book, found synergy in my current path which often seemed parallel to Mark's. So it was nice seeing how he did not give up and had persistence to fight and keep moving forward.
This is a roadmap for all beverage entrepreneurs!
Big thanks to Mark for sharing his success story! I've listened it twice in first 2 days! For me as a beverage entrepreneur, this is like a road map of what to expect from beverage industry tycoons and how to make my Fit Water brand successful!
Great story of Not Giving up on a Dream
I loved the commitment of this family to not give up on their dream despite the constant hurdles they came across.
"Pursue a venture that is bigger than you"
This is a must read for any entrepreneur. It's not always easy or pretty but the pursuit of your contribution to society isn't done alone. Mark is a true inspiration. Thanks for sharing your story. Congrats to you, your family and your team on building a truly revolutionary brand for the world.
Making a dream happen without loosing your values
What a thrilling story! If you are an entrepreneur this is a great read to learn about the process of making ones dream come to fruition. An impressive journey with all the ups and downs while staying true to your values and the important things in life. Beautiful.

Uncommon common sense - plus inspiration
If only common sense were actually common! Tarah gives good advice around inspiring stories that make it memorable and intuitive. But of course, I'm biased. I wrote the foreword. Honored to have done so!
    Fantastic, motivating and superb advice!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If they are a woman in tech; most definitely! This is a must read for every woman in tech, at least if you have even the slightest bit of interest in improving your career ;)
Tarah's style of writing is captivating and not only does she know her way around in the tech world, she is determined to help women in tech, and help us get represented more equally. She gives fantastic advise on how to improve your career and/ or even start your own business in tech.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Women in Tech?
I love how there are stories of Tarah, but also other women in tech weaved into the book. It really makes it all very relatable and motivating. It shows me what other women are going through and they make a woman in tech feel less alone, as we are still pretty underrepresented.
    Which scene was your favorite?
I can't really say... well maybe; the part where she talks about leading and starting your own business. But that's because I am in the process of founding a startup so it is a current topic for me.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Not too extreme but the book motivated me even more to want to be a part in the growing tech world, especially as a woman. And to being a part in the movement to help other women in tech, and get into tech.
    Any additional comments?
Tarah narrated the book herself and she does a really good job! I loved listening to her.
    Amazing!
I seriously enjoyed this book. Truly amazing and it helped me a lot with decisions
    INSPIRING, HILARIOUS, VALUBLE
Where does Women in Tech rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
One of the best books I've ever read. So thought provoking, heart-swellingly awesome
What did you like best about this story?
This book was so awesome, hilarious anecdotes, strong messages of encouragement to follow your dreams and thought provoking tip bits of information from the tech world. I could not recommend it highly enough. A must read!
What about Tarah Wheeler Van Vlacks performance did you like?
    she is Hilarious
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
    Ovaries of Steel
    Any additional comments?
I can't wait to see what else Tarah writes and follow her career.

    Format: Unabridged
Length: 5 hrs and 42 mins
    Language: English
    Release date: 06-21-16

    Publisher's Summary:
A groundbreaking approach to selling in a world demanding change
Leaders, sales managers, and professionals have found themselves stuck at a crossroads between the past and the future of selling, and they need a road map to help them embrace the challenges they face at such a critical juncture.
Selling Vision is a step-by-step guide to creating and selling change. By implementing new change management strategies into their unique X-XY-Y selling methodology, the authors:
Based on their unique X-XY-Y selling methodology, Schachter and Cheatham provide a proven sales strategy to help any sales leader, manager, or professional. For sales leaders their approach provides a path for transforming the sales organization. For sales managers it describes how to inspire change in the behavior of salespeople. And for salespeople it offers a new way of selling that will have a dramatic impact on their performance. For any business executive, Selling Vision provides a faster path to driving change.
This book provides immediate actions you can take and experiments you can conduct to find the right direction for future sales efforts at any level of an organization.
How you respond to changing sales dynamics will determine your company's success, that of your customers, and, to a great extent, your own personal career goals and future.
    Members Reviews:
If business leaders do not complete this transformation, their organization will probably not be around when the next one occurs
It is impossible to exaggerate the importance of mental pictures to peak performance. For example:
o Most hockey players see where the puck is; Wayne Gretzky saw where it would be.
o The same was true of Bill Russell and rebounds in basketball.
o In their pre-shot routine, all great golfers (e.g. Jack Nicklaus) envision the ball proceeding perfectly to its destination.
o Great sculptors (e.g. Leonardo da Vinci) âseeâ what is within slabs of marble.
o Grandmasters in chess âseeâ 4-7 moves ahead.
You get the idea and the same is true in business. The key to peak performance is to recognize imminent change or, better yet, paradigm shifts before others do. In sales, according to Lou Schachter and Rick Cheatham, it is necessary to recognize a ânew way of seeing change.â
More specifically, to recognize a transition process from selling what you do now and the way you now sell it (Point X) to what you want to be selling the way you want to sell it (Point Y). There are several stages to this transition process.
Selling only X: What customers buy now.
Selling both X and Y in appropriate proportion.
Selling only Y: What customers will eventually buy.
    The Traditional Approach: X > Y
    The SellingVision Approach: X > XY > YX > mostly Y
âThis involves a change from selling X to selling Y, but with a clearly defined period in which you are selling both X and Y.â Over time, the process involves Y and Z with (perhaps) X involved only to a very limited extent. Business leaders face several significant challenges. First, recognizing what is either imminent or now underway; then, making whatever adjustments may be necessary (especially of mindset, priorities, strategies and tactics, and allocation of resources). Finally, to the extent possible and appropriate, accelerating the process.

  • Think Simple Audiobook by Ken Segall

    Title: Think Simple
Subtitle: How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity
    Author: Ken Segall
    Narrator: Ken Segall
    Format: Unabridged
Length: 7 hrs and 29 mins
    Language: English
    Release date: 06-07-16
    Publisher: Penguin Audio
Ratings: 4 of 5 out of 48 votes
    Genres: Business, Leadership
    Publisher's Summary:
Simplicity is arguably the most potent weapon in business - attracting customers, motivating employees, helping companies to outthink competitors, and creating new efficiencies. Yet rarely is it as simple as it looks.
Ken Segall's first book, Insanely Simple, was based on observations gained from 12 years working as Steve Jobs' advertising agency creative director, first with NeXT and then with Apple. He saw firsthand that Jobs looked at everything through the lens of simplicity. His obsession with simplicity was visible not just in Apple's products. You could see it in the way the company was organized and how it innovated, advertised, sold at retail, and provided customer service.
In practice simplicity was Jobs' most powerful business weapon. It helped Apple distinguish its products and create entirely new product categories, and it put distance between Apple and its competitors. But while Apple is a terrific example of a company that has been propelled by the power of simplicity, it is hardly alone.
Inspired by the ways Apple has benefited from the power of simplicity, Segall set out to find other companies that were traveling this path. He wanted to learn more about the thinking of their leaders. He felt that if he could chronicle the experiences of those who have successfully simplified, it would be an invaluable guide for everyone who would like to do the same.
This book is the result of his journey into simplicity in companies around the world.
Many of the "heroes of simplicity" profiled in this book are probably not on your list of usual suspects. Segall had conversations with over 40 men and women from a wide range of industries, in companies big and small, established and up and coming, famous and below the radar.
Each leader has a fascinating point of view about how simplicity has helped improve his or her company and set it apart from competitors. Each is unique, yet, as you'll find, many display interesting similarities.
From Jerry Greenfield, you'll hear how Ben & Jerry's grew from local to global without losing its focus and simple values. From the CEO of one of Australia's biggest banks, you'll hear how simplicity is attracting new customers. From former Apple senior vice president Ron Johnson, you'll hear how a simple idea aligned the team creating the worldwide network of Apple Stores.
You'll discover how simplicity influences the CEOs of The Container Store and Whole Foods. You'll get insights on simplification from the worlds of fashion, automobiles, entertainment, and technology. You'll even get inside the blue heads of the Blue Man Group, who developed a business strategy to defeat complexity before it could take root.
    Members Reviews:
Absolutely incredible! Should be required reading
Anyone who owns a business, runs a business, manages a business, runs or manages a team of any kind needs to read or listen to this book.
    simply great
    g r e a t s i m p l e . . . .
    Decent
there were many times during the book that I felt like I was listening to an advertisement for Apple, versus an objective look at simplicity.
    Should be titled Think Apple
I love the concept of this book; however, the narrative became repetitive and filled with platitudes. I also found the singular emphasis on leadership isolating.
