But one of the great factors that stuck with me, was that during your weight loss gurney, donât focus on the finish line of your dieting/weight loss plan, but instead, focus on how you can make this new eating habit part of your New everyday life! So many different health and weight loss books out there. But if youâre looking for a simple, no nonsense book to help you, this is it. I wish it was longer though. Book doesnât treat weight loss as rocket science. Basic common themes and strategies to help maintain your weight such as a discussion about the amount of meals in a day should be based on your activity level not a predetermined number. Goes over time of meals, types of food to promote weight loss, etc. A simple book about losing weight. Good for beginners but can be beneficial for all.
