This book is jam packed with creative, flexible, and appetizing recipes for detoxing your body and losing weight. I love the way Pennie clearly explains the diet essentials, how it works, which foods are to be avoided, and which are beneficial. She also offers weeks of meals laid out in such a way that you donât have to think about what to eat for any particular meal. So you just follow her plan and get the results you want.
People usually donât realize that there are other great reasons to detox our bodies from time to time, even after having lost weight. Just from being in our environment and exposed to GMO food and chemicals is need enough to periodically detoxify. Since Iâve been working on my health, and after reading it, I know this book is invaluable, and Iâll refer to it again and again.
