Funny HEA

Lila and Henry are very funny in this story. The narrator let the humor come through. The way they met makes me wonder. Some guy walks up to you and says you look lost and she tells him why then he says you can come home and live with me and the guys. At least 5 guys. Strange. This book was given in exchange for an unbiased review. They discover that they love each other and the sex only comes at the end. Thank you. Glad we got the whole story before the sex came into play.

Good short story

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. The story is a typical Becca Fanning book. It was cute and an enjoyable short story. However, I keep forgetting I do not care for Audrey Lusk's voice. This book was made shorter by my accelerating the narration. Just something about her voice I don't like. The Alaska fishing village romance was sweet.

I liked the book. The narrator has a interesting voice I got used to it but the overacting in some of the voices were a little annoying. Overall though it was a cute book I enjoyed it.

Lila, the female lead, flies Sitka to take wildlife photos which is a great experience, until the

airline "misplaces" her luggage.

She next meets Henry, the male lead, at a bar and he offers to help her out.

Henry has a few secrets and when Lila finds out she is angry with him and thinks he is a liar.

Overall, this was an entertaining story line.

I enjoyed this book and look forward to the rest of the series.

Audrey Lusk did a good job with the narration.

Bearly there story

2 - glad it was free - stars

This was over at 5%. Lots of running around and hiding, shower sex (once), and they're in love. There are no actually chapters, but spaces where they could be. There are 27 other titles listed in the table of contents all between 2-10 "chapters." I don't know if these are full novellas or books. Wasn't taking a chance to find out.

So disappointed

I've read this author befire and loved her work so I thought I was in for a treat. Several stories in one book. I couldn't have been more wrong. These stories felt rushed to fill pages, erotica for the sake of writing it. The editing or lack there of was atrocious. It was so bad that at halfway through this book I gave upp trying to read it.

The get away.

First things first, I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I have read most of Becca's books, this ones okay, but I like her others better. This one didn't have the depth that her others usually have. In this book we have Beth, a lawyer, in the DA's office. She is told by her boss to go away so she can be safe. The drug charges may stick with the defendant but the murder charges probably won't. All, that have tried to put away Charles , have disappeared. So, Jeff, Beth's boss wants her away safe. So, she decides to go home. Home to the place her dad lived before he died. A nice little house in the woods. As she is leaving, she notices she is being followed. She takes lots of turns and believes she has lost who ever it was. She arrives at home, gets soaked running in the rain to the house. She decides to take a warm bath.When she gets out of her bath, she notices a man looking in her window. She passes out due to fear. When she wakes.....

Well, if you want to know what all happens pick up the book and find out. No spoilers here..

Running from the mob.

A lawyer trying to prosiqute a mob boss of sorts, for drugs and several counts of murder, goes on the run when the case falls through, a were bear that is part of a security team is sent in to protect her, now you just need to read for all the action.

One of the best yet!

As a longtime fan of this series, I'm always happy when a new installment releases. For a long time Noah and Hudson were my favorite saviors. Now, I'm adding Blake and Titus to the list. Blake, because no matter who the focus is on in any given book, he managed to steal every scene he's in with his humor. I've also enjoy seeing him become one of the saviors.

Now on to Titus. I fell so in love with his character. He was easy to empathize with, and I enjoyed watching him evolve ... and talk about sexy! I also enjoyed that the heroine, Macy was a plain Jane yet captured Titus so completely. I liked that her personality was his focus and not her beauty. That was how you KNEW it was real.

The book had all the suspense I expect from the series, and lots of hot moments between Titus and Macy. I also feel this book brought back the brotherhood that I came to love about the first books. Its always there, but often takes a backseat to the romance. It felt like that aspect became more of the story this time and I appreciated that.

A job well done by Carly Fall.

Also, kudos for introducing a bisexual character. A nice bit of added diversity for a group that's already pretty diverse. I appreciate that effort to continue thinking outside the box.

Titus, Six Saviors Book 10. Sorry no spoilers here!

Another AMAZING addition to the Six Saviors family. I can honestly say I have read every book in this series and love every one. Each book just seems to get better. Titus does not disappoint! Titus was a member of the Platoon he was found injured by Justice, the leader of Rescue One. Macy is a healer with Rescue One, she healed him. The story of Titus and Macy touched me more than I thought possible. (I did mention I loved every book). Join the members of Rescue One as well as the Six Saviors and their families as we follow along the journey of love, loss, anger and of course pure love. This addition to the series is definaltely worth it's weight in Gold! I am absolutely in love with the whole gang of Saviors!

Each book can be read as a stand alone but once you read one you will be hooked!

Carly Fall is an incredible Author and I will follow her along her writng career. I can not wait for the next Savior and neither will you.

A good fast paced read

The world/worlds built in the story is well created and has been thought it quite a bit. While Karis is a little too insecure and shy for someone who is supposed to have great power and become Queen of the realms however the fact that she was deserted on an island for almost a century explains some of it so it's believable if a little annoying. The connection between her and Brady seemed a little fat but it's a sweet love that seems to be based on trust and an inner connection which is later explained. I did feel that Karis relies on him too much for her power and her success with it to make her truly a character with agency but I get the feeling this is left in purpose so that there's room for character growth in the books that follow. The only thing that seemed off was the jumping from bad guy to bad guy so that it seemed like there wasn't a true villain, ad though the stakes are not as high as we are told. The main villain's monologue seemed trite as though they weren't really reasons so that invalidated his supposed evil. The supposed anguish and strife of the oppressed people's is told more often than down so again the stakes were not as high. I also felt like the potential of the powers and fantasy of the characters and the realms should have been expounded more on to create the presence of these actually existing and creating the feeling of being able to travel there. Some of the transitions in settings, especially the pace at which all the action and such occurred, made it feel like I was blind and waiting for someone to catch me up.

Overall, this was a good introduction to a new world that has a lot of wonderful ideas mixed in there and just needs a little more organization of pace and of the interesting ideas being played out.

Really?!?!?

How are you going to break down a book by chapters and sell the chapters off as books? In addition, several typographical errors through the chapter as well. This seems to me more like a teen trying to pull off being an adult writer.

Sweet

Katie head following her motherâs instructions but she didnât know why. Fated was waving the threads and soon she found her destiny in the form of a shifter bear named Paul. There was an immediate attraction between the two of them and she knew she can trust him but still, she had to follow her mother instructions and leave. Paul had been waiting for his mate for too long and when at last Fate did his job he was in his knees and he knew how to follow the instructions and what he had to do to bring the beast out. Interesting and lovely short story. Liked the development and the characters

Bear's oh My

The author did a really good job with the characters and the story line. It was short but sweet! Not a lot of fluff, and by that I mean some authors will fill a story with graphic details about the sex or something else to make more word's in the story. This author didn't do that and therefore this is a better story for it. Good short read!

Supplied in exchange for an honest review, I found this short story complete and a wonder tale. Katie's car stalls on railway tracks, and she cannot budge it. A stranger appears, but he is completely naked. With little effort he moves the car, and then gets it running again.

A handshake sends strange feelings between the two. Fate has more in stall for them, but you need to read the story for the full impact.

Tale of a Camelot Knight

The story starts out at a Medieval site which is permanently set up including a chapel brought over from England and rebuilt. Taswin Greene is the historian hired to sort through the papers and books for any important historical facts. While doing this one day in the chapel, she is accosted by a man with with intense blue eyes who calls himself Garwin. He demands she find out where the tombs of the knights and the king are since they are no longer in the chapel as they were in England. Unbeknown to Taswin, her father was the one to remove the tombs and scatter them over the states to hid them. Her father was part of the Knights of the Round Table under Arthur's rule who was given immortality so he could watch over the tombs until the Knights needed to be reawakened. He hid every thing successfully until this time period. About 10 years ago, he went to get his spell books and Merlin's spell books back from where he had temporally loaned them and was whisked instead to the Forest Savage via a portal. Both Taswin and her father are witches. Taiwan agrees to help find the tombs for Garwin if he helps her find her father's books and Merlin's books not knowing the two quests overlap each other. After this point, the storyline brings in the magical aspects,showing Taswin using her magic and being introduced to several Fae beings e.g. Angimar and Nimaweh. We also get a few dealings with Morderd, cousin of Garwin. The one scene I was doubtful of Morderd was the part where he and Garwin together fought the demon as partners (you get a glimpse of an actual good version}. Two tombs are discovered and the persons entombed are released from their long sleep. First Knight to be awakened is Garwin's brother Beaumains, whose awakening stirs memories for Garwin of his own magical skills which he has kept hidden all these years after he used a fire spell which killed his baby sister and scarred Beaumains's face. He felt his own use of magic would make him evil like his mother who was Morgan Lafaye's sister. He even hid this ability from Arthur. Speaking of Arthur, his tomb is the second tomb found and he was awakened along with his sword the legendary Excalibur. Arthur finds out much to his dismay, that 2 of his Knights has magical abilities but agrees to figure out a way to find to join forces with them to battle the war with Morgan Lafaye and Morderd. I really enjoyed this tale from Camelot put into present time period but at the end of the story, you wondering where the tales goes from here. We will have to see.

I loved this book Sharon's books are seriously awesome. I love the story of Camelot and how Sharon wrote Gawain story is awesome. Tamsin has to be the coolest historian I think I will be reading the rest of these.

Interesting But

First of all, the narrator did a wonderful job with the voices. However, I could not wrap my mind around the concepts in the story line. It is very different from any others I have read. I have a fairly good imagination but the duality of the main male character was beyond me as well as the morphing of the princess.

I just love Laura's secret! I felt like I was there with Laura the whole to. You could really imagine what was happening. Wow! I can't wait to read the next one! I can't forget the hot alpha men. Love it!!

Loved this story!

This story is a paranormal romance with shape shifters of the most unusual kind! I absolutely loved the story. I found it to be unique and creative. I love how the heroine (Laura) turns out to be one of the smartest people alive! This story is well thought out and I think the author has thought of everything! I even love the voice used for her mate!

This is my first read by author Lucy Kelly. I find her writing to be fun and adventurous. She even has lots of danger in it. I totally loved THE HOUSE (Maggie). The narrator, Steve Carlson delivers a flawless story to us, complete with multiple voices, accents and emotions. This audio book was so much fun, I listened to it straight thru today! Well done!

Not bad it just didnât do it for me.

Not my favorite of the series as I wasnât a big fan of the hero nor the heroine. I got their reasons for what they did and why but it just didnât do it for me. Thatâs not to say this is a bad story because it isnât bad it just didnât do it for me.

Ogden Woods, lumber supplier for the Tao pack, is playingOmega to hide secrets from his past. Lara Wolfe is playing with fire to avenge the wolves killed from her pack. Neither is happy about finding their mate.

This Alpha is top dog!

I loved Alpha in Disguise! The story was full of surprises. Ms. Locke writes with a vibrant voice that brought the story to life. The novella starts with a harrowing description of a murder and a young female wolf-shifterâs flight to safety.

Following her motherâs last wish, Lara travels to the Black Hills to reconnect with a wolf pack that might reject her. Lara has a heavy burden. She is the last surviving Alpha female of the besieged Lamar Canyon pack.

Ogden Woods, true to his name, is a lumberjack for the Black Hills pack. Ogden is having a hard time keeping up with the demands of life in a fast growing wolf pack. Heâs a wee bit grouchy that his privacy is being intruded upon along with the prospect that with the influx of newcomers to Los Lobos, the odds a mate will arrive are on the rise. Heâs overworked and under appreciated, but he dare not ask for help at the mill. He lives in dread of being bossed by another Alpha wolf and having his business taken from him.

Okay, you know whatâs coming. Lovely Lara arrives in Los Lobos desperate, homeless and unimpressed with what she sees. No fool, Lara deduces the only possible reason her mother would have directed her to this shabby backwater was to find her destined mate. Gee gives her a tepid reception, but Ogden falls hard for the independent Lara and offers her a place to stay. She feels the heat from Ogden and the call of a life mate, but revenge for her motherâs murder is never far from her mind. The ensuing attraction and devastating push and pull between Lara and Ogden was a thrill to read.

Alpha in Disguise is a terrific addition to the Black Hills Wolves series. A fast paced plot, lots of heat and a storyline that dovetails perfectly with the rest of the series make this novella a winner.

Alpha or omega

There are somethings in life you can hide but it always come out in the end. When Ogden meets his mate Lara he has two choices: mate her and reveal who he really is or let her go and live a lonely life.
