ISIS has claimed responsibility and this is undoubtedly retribution for the recent capture of Abdesalem and their way to prove they're still a threat. We are speaking with today's guest, Dr. Colleen Rohowsky, CIV, OSD/DoDEA-Europe, live from Germany, where she is an official with the American Office of the Secretary of Defense/Department of Defense Education Activity-Europe. As part of her work, she was supposed to be in Brussels this week, and has barely missed the attack. She is in touch with her colleagues there and will give us a report from the frontlines.
