Today’s episode does a deep dive into moving past this and how to shift our focus to what we really actually need, so that we’re in a position to take on more WITHOUT overwhelm and stress.

Part 1 Journaling Topics:
What are two things you can do daily to feed your mind?
What are two things you can read in the next 90 days to feed your mind?
What are two things you can do daily to feed your body with less stress?
What are your goals and aspirations for your health for the next 6 months?
Part 2 Journaling topics:
Write down 1-3 times when you let your emotions get the best of you and you were angry, depressed, enraged, etc.
Write down what emotions/actions you could have had/taken instead.
Make a list of lousy thoughts you find yourself using on a daily basis that could trigger lower-level emotions.
Make a list of empowering words or phrases you can put in place of those lousy ones.
