Talking about any problem to many people will not help us solve it. "Sometimes the easiest way to solve a problem is to stop participating in it". Let's pay attention towards solving it, not sharing it. When surrounded by difficulties keep low, speak less,till the storm passes.

People are working from home, students are schooling from home, exams are cancelled, no travel etc. But friends, this is 'change'. Let's accept it and remain peaceful.

Mother Theresa wants us to be patient in our relationships.. she says " if you judge people,you have no time to love them' It is said that ' one minute of patience can lead to 10 years of happiness"

We do so much for others and then we expect too. Let's take care of ourselves so that we can take care of others. Healing begins when you shed the victim mentality.

Since March 2020 till date( it may probably extend) people having a job are compelled to work from home. Though there are advantages, continuously working from home has caused stress. Mainly: there are no distinct boundaries and caring for young children has a toll on working men and women. Keep a separate place of work.. finish the house hold chores , cooking etc before you start the work. Engage children in some activities. Friends, change is the only constant thing. Be positive, this too will pass.

Just observe your " self talk" when you are anxious,troubled.. we talk negative, and in turn we feel more miserable. For our well being we have to practice positive self talk. Brene Brown says " Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love" Let's take care of ourselves.

When we keep#positive thoughts, we have positive #words which lead to positive #action. Positive actions lead us to positive#habits. Positive habits build positive#character. Finally we reach out #destiny.
