How many times do you hear don't go to fear?  It's everywhere in the self-help world.  Why are we so afraid of fear?  Why are we distracted from what it has to offer?  Why are we told not to look at it?  Is it possible that fear can lead us directly to love?

In today's show, we are going to dive deep into fear and the subconscious mind.  If fear is present in all of us, there must be a reason for it.  We will look at the relevance of fear along the path of spiritual transformation, and why it's the big elephant in the room.  

We'll also discuss why we are being told not to look at it.  Fear is often misunderstood.  Is it really the bad actor we think it is?  Could it be a magnificent teacher if we let it show us the way?  

Let's take a look at the symbolic meaning of fear and love in the world, and how we can use this dynamic to understand how it is covering up who we really are.  Defining the emotional level of fear and love, the spiritual aspect of these two emotions, understanding what fear represents, why it is there in the first place, and how we can deal with it will show us exactly why fear is sitting in our subconscious minds.  

When we are aware of fear's purpose, it can lighten up our experience of it, and lead us to exactly where we need to be.  Acknowledging that fear has a real purpose in the awakening process can alleviate the discomfort it brings within us.

Do you ever feel locked in a prison of your own mind?  Have you played the victim in your life and now you want out?  Being a victim of life's many circumstances is an easy thing to do.  When we fall into this role it can become who we are, but does it have to define us our entire life?

Join me as we discuss the possibility of becoming a victim during the transformative process.  Because awakening can prove extremely difficult, you may feel like you are at the mercy of something beyond your control.  When it seems out of your hands, the excuses set in and block us from discovering who we really are.

Today let's look at the roles we play, such as the victim and the victimizer, and how it represents the dual aspect of our mind.   We'll see how we use excuses to box ourselves into a corner, which ultimately creates our own mental prison cell.  Creating this safety zone can become very comfortable, often too comfortable so focusing on how to escape the prison is an important part of shifting our awareness.  Since we made ourselves prisoners, we'll talk about how to unlock the cell doors to liberate our minds.  

Lastly, the victim is serving a much higher purpose than we realize.  It doesn't have to be seen as a hindrance.  This role, just like many other so-called negative emotions, takes us into the underworld of the mind, where transformation really happens.

We are so programmed by our thinking mind that we forget about the intuitive internal computer we all have.  Today we will discuss the field of awareness we are living in and how we can become reacquainted with our own intuition, which seems to be lost from today's culture.  How do we shift from thinking our way through life into "feeling" our way through life?  How do we learn to interpret the communication field that is all around us?

From intuition, empathy, and feeling the vibrational frequencies of emotions themselves, we'll discuss the various ways in which people experience energy.  We all have the ability to sense information.  How can we keep our own space strong and grounded so we can be of service for others in need?  How can we transform the difficult emotional energies into a space for us to thrive? 

We'll also look at the late Dr. Emoto's discoveries in the field of consciousness, how it affects our daily lives, and how we can use our own intentions to lift up our own energy field.

When we get deep enough into where we DON'T want to be, anger and resistance can become a dominating force in our lives, whether we want it there or not.  We may not feel very good during this period, however, can these so-called "bad" emotions be used to help our situation rather than hurt us?  Can we begin to see them for what they really are, instead of allowing them to dominate our entire life?

Join me today as we dissect anger, why it appears in the first place, and how it can be transformed into the mover that it is.  If we learn to take the labels off of our emotions, and see them for the teachers that they are, then we can begin to change the situations we face in our lives.

No one likes to go into any type of dark time.  Especially if it lasts a long time.  Our culture does everything in its power to avoid this type of scenario.   But what if the darkness is where transformation is possible?  What if the dark is the only way to see the light?

Join me today as we discuss the Dark Night of the Soul.  We'll chat about what it is exactly, the possible mini Dark Nights you can experience, and what to do if it should happen to you.  Let's also look at whether this is a Dark Night of the Soul, or whether it is a Dark Night of the Mind.  There are different ways of looking at this miraculous event, and it is up to you to decide.  No matter what perspective you have, it doesn't take away from the reality of the situation, and how it will affect you.

Finally, information on the Dark Night is missing from our culture.  Most people today are not prepared for such an occurrence.  Sharing this type of transformation is vital to our own self-discovery.
