Do you make decisions based on what other people think you should do? Do you care what they think? Are you uncertain of your own desires? Are you letting what others think prevent you from being who you are?
In today's show we'll discuss this very common theme. Many people lose sight of what they really want in life and work to please others which eventually leads to unhappiness. On some level, most people care what their friends and family think of them. It seems to be hard wired into us.
Today's show touches on the following topics. Going through any transformation or life challenge can make it difficult to share with others. It becomes worrisome for many, thinking your loved ones won't accept you or what you are going through.
Also, the fear of losing everything can keep you from making changes in your life and being who you truly desire. Getting comfortable with who you really are and accepting yourself for wherever you are in life can do wonders for how others feel around you.
Lastly, we will look at the opposite of caring what others think and ask the question, do you think you know what is best for other people?
Looking at all angles of any particular issue can help you see differently and free yourself from the constraints you didn't know were there. Being honest with yourself and others, honoring who you truly are can open doors into places you never thought possible.
