Sucha Kumar is a Primal Health Coach who guides her community through ancestral eating, fasting, mixed movement modalities, and yoga. She has 18 years of mixed movement training and has experienced all the diets across the board, from being vegan to taking on the ultimate elimination carnivore diet, bringing her a plethora of knowledge with nutrition and food psychology.
Through her company Live Blissed, she leads primal living retreats, camps, and movement intensives where the community is guided through fasting, movement, healing methods and nature grounding. Live Blissed offers a variety of retreats from the annual Grounded retreat in Moab, to the Release & Ascend 72 Hour Fast retreat that takes place in locations across the US.
