We're already into our third episode of 2020 and 15 days into the new year. Chances are you might already feel the push away from your goals and resolutions. Maybe you've already had distractions deter you from what you wanted to accomplish. If not, if you're still on track, that's great! But no matter if it's now or later, we all experience setbacks, distractions, and that being stuck-in-a-rut feeling.
In this episode, I share some of my personal goal processes - especially when it comes to sticking to those goals until they are reached. I get into some ways to get your family on board and share some of the goals I set together with my husband.
