As our struggles with everyday life get harder and harder, due to Covid and the aftermath of the first wave, there are increasing numbers of videos and posts on social media, sharing messages of positivity and those being successful, but, are they too much and insensitive to what the majority of people are going through?
Whilst having inspirational and positive leaders are very much needed, now more than ever, surely those who put content out on social media should take responsibility for the specific content of their message, know their specific audience and be wary of those who may have underlying health conditions, regardless of this being physical or mental health conditions?
Who better to mull this over with, than Mr Positive himself, who actually has "Positivity Breeds Positivity" within his email signature, Sean Molino from Forces Fitness and the Veterans Awards, Wales, England and Scotland.
During the show, Sean talks about, The Five Ways to Wellbeing, these are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. These are simple and proven actions that individuals and workplaces can introduce to help people find balance, build resilience and boost mental health and wellbeing.
