Do you find yourself dreaming about escaping the rat race of a high-stress corporate life to find freedom and a better life? Allan Misner shares his transformative journey of being dissatisfied as a C-suite executive at 39. He faced multiple challenges - being overweight and stuck in toxic relationships despite his career success. When his daughter invited him to watch her do CrossFit, he decided to take action.
