A meditation for releasing ties. You can use this for small attachments and bigger energy cords with past and current lovers, family, coworkers, etc... even someone you met briefly but affected you personally. Cording holds negative energy that can drag you down. You’re not cutting the person out of your life but just cutting the energetic cord which is heavy and draining. Offer these phrases in your mind to random strangers, to the person who cut you off in traffic; tell someone how much you appreciate them, pay someone a compliment, take some extra time for self care, recognize beauty, choose love.
