In this episode I talk about how often I hear on my social media feed people talking about the importance of putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations and also do hard things in order to grow. And the thought came to me that if we have lived on this planet from even the youngest age of 10, to our older years, for sure we have taken uncomfortable steps and done hard things. We just have to remember that we have done it, and can do it again to grow to our next level.
