Pat was the founder and pastor of The Orchard Oxford for the last 12 years.  During his time in leadership there, he loved finding and sharing good stories.  Over the last 18 months, he has transitioned into a new role as a counselor.  He loves to help people of all ages navigate struggles in the lives and in their relationships.  He and his wife, Sarah, have 3 kids.

Ashley Felts is 41 years old, and a native of Monroe, Louisiana, where she was raised in a Christian home, with two siblings. Soon after graduating high school, she married her husband, Stan, who is 47 years old, and this year they are celebrating their 21st year anniversary. They have four biological children, Addison, who is 19 yrs. old, Emerson, who is 16 years old, Grayson, who is 12 years old, and Jackson, who is 9 years old. After initially thinking they were done growing their family–God had other plans. , In 2016, they traveled to the Philippines to adopt Mika Ella, who is now 7 years old.  In 2018, they then adopted Isabelle, who is currently 6 years old, and is from China. Both their adopted daughters have special needs, with Isabelle’s being significantly greater. Their oldest son, Addison, has recently married an amazing young woman, named Rainey! Stan and Ashley recently found out that they will be grandparents for the first time in 2020! Ashley is a stay-at-home mom, who has home schooled all of her children their entire lives. She is a follower of Jesus Christ and has a passion for advocating for orphans and encouraging those in the church to adopt and foster.

Anna enjoys working with a variety of clients from age 14 up. She has worked in the mental health field for over 17 years and has been in private practice since 2010. In her practice, she strives to integrate her psychology, social work, and Christian ideals to help clients gain perspective and skills in dealing with everyday life stressors or major life transitions as well as heal from past traumas. She is certified in EMDR and Hypnotherapy. She finds her integrated approach using traditional Talk therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness(Hypnotherapy) and Processing (EMDR) most effective with clients to promote healthy healing and coping skills. She was born in Columbus GA, married to Taylor Windham and they have two boys, William and Clayton.

Anna is a native of Montgomery Alabama. She moved to Oxford Mississippi in 2004 to work as an athletic trainer at the University of Mississippi. It was here that she met her husband Brodie while working with the football team. They were married in 2007 and in 2009 the Lord prompted Anna to go back to school for a degree in physician assistant studies. Anna now practices as a physician assistant in at a local orthopedic group in Oxford Mississippi. She is the mother of three beautiful girls Carlyn, Brooklyn, and Lucy who is their adopted daughter from Colombia South America. Anna and her husband Brodie attend First Baptist Church in Oxford Mississippi and are Sunday school teachers in the college ministry. They have hearts for international missions and participate in several ministry opportunities within the church.
