This week Shawn catches up with wakeboarding champion and American Ninja Warrior contestant, Shaun Murray, to break down the Shawnism, “Living Well Takes Work.” 

The two discuss how micro-decisions lead to macro results, proving that intentionality and persistence can push you far beyond your self-imposed limits. Shaun shares how his own mantra, “Do now well” is the key to living a good life, and why “coming in empty handed” is a great practice for all parents.
