My guest today is Tosca Reno.
Multiple challenges have beset Tosca's life, but it’s also a testament to the value of resilience and the rewards you can achieve with hard work and determination.
After Tosca lost both her late husband and stepson subsequently, and amid despair, she turned to yoga, spirituality, healing weekends, plant medicine, and writing workshops to rebuild her life. Through this journey, Tosca discovered the Three E’s of Wellness, explored the depths of her resilience, and undertook a new commitment to model it for women everywhere.
This process of rebirth provided a new foundation for Tosca's career. Today, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experiences to help others on their path to healing and personal growth.
In today's conversation, we talk all about staying away from numbing experiences when facing trauma, why we require the contrast of happiness and sorrow, life lessons that happen FOR us and not TO us, letting go of the victim role, and so much more. Tune into today's episode!

My guest today is Health & Success Coach Leah Van Dolder.
Leah's journey in nutrition began with her first Bachelor of Science degree at Nipissing University in North Bay, ON, where she developed a passion for the impact of nutrition on the body, both physically and mentally. To further her knowledge in the field, Leah pursued a Bachelor of Science Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Western Ontario in London, ON, which led Leah to complete her Dietetic Internship at Hamilton Health Sciences. If you have been listening for a while, you'll know that one of my favourite ways to end the year is to reflect on the highs and lows of the past year. What I've accomplised, some mistakes I've made, how I've grown...I love it all. In order to move foreward we must first take a look back! Let's go on a journey through 2023 together.

I have a returning guest today, my friend Ashley Lougheed.
Today, we're talking about Ashley's new venture as a published author. In Writing HERstory: A Memoir Featuring 18 Women and HERstory, Ashley Lougheed uncovers the power of women’s stories, and they are more alike than different. Regardless of dark or light times, the female experience is universal. We know the pain of trial and defeat and have faced internal and external challenges. We’ve experienced catcalls, sister wounds, impostor syndrome, and limiting beliefs. But we also know how to solve problems and how to dig deep into ourselves to find our grit. We know the power and truth of women supporting women and recognize the value of leaning on our soul sisters for support.
In today's conversation, we talk all about how connected we all are, the role that self-worth plays in all of our lives, why we rely so heavily on the stories of others, and what's next for Ashley - there's no stopping her! Tune into today's episode!

My guest today is my dear soul-sister, Dr. Laura Foster.
Today's conversation is a co-creation that Laura and I have put out into the world. It's an important conversation about being enough, having enough and all the things in between.
Laura grew up looking at entrepreneurship as a male-dominated experience, as many of us do. She finished her BSc and began her chiropractic education, where she surrounded herself with male role models. This masculine energy followed Laura everywhere she went. At work and at home, the lens she viewed the world through was analytical, ambitious and assertive.
Laura believed that in order to be successful in life, she had to lean into her masculine tendencies and shun her feminine energy. As a result, she rejected a powerful part of herself. As life would have it, eventually, the Universe led Laura back to the gift of her feminine superpower.
She now understands how to be a courageous leader in her feminine self. She knows in her bones that women all over the globe are ready to awaken their intuition, own their gifts and claim their soul-aligned path.
Tune into today's episode.
