Rediscovering who we are and owning our story is a journey that we might find ourselves in. Our first guest of 2023, Lo Bosworth, is telling us the path she’s on, with hopes that it will help others. 

The former reality star from MTV’s ‘Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County’ in 2004 became popular during the infant years of reality television. Today, Lo is the founder and CEO of Love Wellness, a personal wellness brand providing natural products and solutions for women’s health. 

Lo speaks to us about being in the limelight, the bullying and insecurities she faced and how she learned to rediscover herself.

In this episode, Lo and I talk about the ways that women can take better care of our physical and mental health, reduce the stigma surrounding women’s health education and how Lo’s own body insecurities led her to find her new purpose.

Her latest book, ‘Love Yourself Well: An Empowering Wellness Guide for Supporting Your Gut, Mind, and Vagina,’ provides important solutions for intimate problems women face.
