Locked On Broncos - Daily Podcast On The Denver Broncos

Denver Broncos wide receiver Jaylen Waddle is already under a lot of pressure as a blockbuster trade acquisition, but with the team about to hit the field, the expectations will rise in ways many may not have thought of yet.

Waddle will be expected to help the offense with his own contributions, but also to raise the level of play around him, both in helping his teammates on offense and on defense.

Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.

The Denver Broncos must find a way to keep the safety duo of Talanoa Hufanga and Brandon Jones together after the 2026 season as Jones' deal expires. As the Broncos OTAs gets closer, this is one of the most important storylines at safety going into the year.

Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger break it down plus highlight Devon Key and JL Skinner's positions as core specialists and Key's potential to play more snaps defensively, and why Miles Scott will challenge Tycen Anderson for a spot on the roster.

The Denver Broncos’ tight end room faces high-stakes in 2026 as Evan Engram seeks redemption and Adam Trautman returns on a new three-year deal. Can Engram finally become the dynamic weapon promised, or will Trautman’s reliability keep him atop the depth chart for Sean Payton and Davis Webb?

Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger focus on competition ahead of Broncos OTAs, questioning whether young additions Justin Joly and Dallen Bentley have what it takes to unseat players like Lucas Krull, and Nate Adkins this summer. Key position battles include which tight ends will secure third and fourth roster spots, the influence of special teams play, and how new offensive play-caller Davis Webb’s personnel groupings may reshape snap counts.

Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.

Denver Broncos cornerback Jahdae Barron is poised to rise in his second-year role inside of Vance Joseph's defensive scheme. With Patrick Surtain II locked in as the team’s defensive cornerstone, Riley Moss, Kris Abrams-Draine, and Barron could battle for the other starting spot at a position Sean Payton believes is one of their biggest strengths.

Cody Roark breaks down the Broncos’ evolving secondary, detailing Barron’s versatility in the dime package and his standout moments in his rookie year against elite NFL tight ends. The episode explores the impact of new coaches Robert Livingston and Doug Belk, the future of Riley Moss as he nears the end of his rookie deal and how Denver could leverage its cornerback surplus as the trade deadline nears.

Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.

The Denver Broncos starting linebacker competition will be one of the biggest storylines as the team prepares for OTAs. When Broncos OTAs begin, Justin Strnad and Alex Singleton are familiar faces, but they could lead a new look room featuring Jonah Elliss, Red Murdock, Taurean York, Levelle Bailey, Karene Reid, and Jordan Turner.

Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger debate who will start or compete to start, and who could revamp the entire depth at linebacker going into 2026 and whether or not York could be the next undrafted player to make the roster.

Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.

The Denver Broncos RELOADED and IMPROVED their RB Room with J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey, and Jonah Coleman projecting to be the trio of rushers for Sean Payton and Davis Webb's Broncos offense. As Broncos OTAs inch closer, will the Broncos keep three backs on the active roster this season, or will they keep four even though they don't typically feed three?

How do Jaleel McLaughlin, Tyler Badie, and Cody Schrader factor into the mix?

The Denver Broncos and a potential reunion with former Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller appears unlikely despite his desire to return. Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger debate the logistics of what signing Von Miller would mean for the roster, the depth at outside linebacker, and why Denver's also unlikely to reunite veteran Cameron Jordan with Sean Payton.

The Denver Broncos first half schedule for 2026 is absolutely brutal because of who they play and the order in which they play certain teams. This has caused some debate as to whether or not the NFL intentionally frontloaded their schedule? Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger discuss why they believe this IS NOT the case.

Plus, which game to start the season will be the biggest test for Davis Webb, and which opponents offense and defense will be the Broncos toughest challenge in the first half slate?

Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.
