It’s a somber day for the C of Red. Chris Snow has been battling ALS for a few years now and suffered a catastrophic medical emergency. Jonathan Huberdeau had a career-worst year last season. The Calgary Flames missed the playoffs and missed his play-making skills. It is up to Huberdeau to take advantage of the coaching change and have an offensive resurgence. How can Huberdeau help players like Elias Lindholm and Yegor Sharangovich? A fully healthy Huberdeau means more offense and less work for Jacob Markstrom. What are realistic point projections for Huberdeau? Huberdeau plays an integral part in making the playoffs a reality. Missing the playoffs two years in a row cannot happen.
