How close are the New York Islanders to being able to win a Stanley Cup? After watching the first three games of the Stanley Cup Final, I think we have a pretty good idea. We discuss that on today's show.

Plus, we start our offseason look at every player on the Isles roster by analyzing the season that rookie goalie Ilya Sorokin had. Did he live up to expectations? How did he fare in the playoffs and what is his future like with the Islanders?

We also discuss a move or two GM Lou Lamoriello may make before the expansion draft to help this team not lose a key player to the Seattle Kraken and possibly to also free up some cap space.

We also see how high some of the current players stand on the team's all-time milestone lists at the end of the 2020-21 season and our Islanders Birthday of the Day features a very popular player on the current team.
