Can the Islanders’ playoff hopes survive without their dynamic top-six forward and team points leader? Gil Martin breaks down the possible short- and long-term repercussions of Barzal’s absence, highlighting the ripple effect on the lineup and the pressure it places on veterans like Bo Horvat and promising talents Victor Eklund and Cole Eiserman.
