I can't PROVE that Eli Drinkwitz has built a great culture, but I believe it. The Tigers broke the rules against the Jayhawks and got away with it. In the end, Mizzou's superior depth won the day. Plus, Beau Pribula was even better than I thought.

My takes re: Sam Horn and Blake Craig's injuries. Unfortunately, the window of hope is closed for Craig. With Alabama struggling in Week 1, I think Kansas is now clearly the most important game of the season for Missouri. On basketball, Tristan Reed reportedly had a great visit with the Tigers, and Toni Bryant is coming this weekend.

Derek Johnson of Locked On Jayhawks pilots the ship with John Miller on this one. On paper, Eli Drinkwitz vs. Lance Leipold is a good debate. So is Beau Pribula and Jalon Daniels. But it's TOUGH to find many other potential advantages for the Jayhawks. If the Tigers win the line of scrimmage, it should be curtains.
