The New Orleans Saints could still choose to invest in Jeremiyah Love after signing Travis Etienne. If Love is the BPA at No. 8 overall in the NFL Draft, he could still be the selection, especially with Alvin Kamara's future in question. If not Love, LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane could be an underrate consideration inside the top-10.

Why Caleb Downs, Arvell Reese and Sonny Styles are all perfect fits for the Saints, and how each works in concert with Kaden Elliss. Why WR, Makai Lemon, Carnell Tate or Jordyn Tyson fits best with the Saints' offense while David Bailey and Rueben Bain Jr. could each fit in with Brandon Staley's defense.

NFL Free Agency has been fruitful for the Saints, but their NFL Draft approach remains consistent.

The New Orleans Saints are expected to bring linebacker Kaden Elliss back to the Crescent City. His experience, versatility and leadership will be a welcome addition to a changing New Orleans Saints roster. Replacing Demario Davis will not be easy, or even possible, but Elliss could bring the next iteration of defensive leadership to the Big Easy.

Trading Kai Kroeger to the Houston Texans is another big win trade for the Saints, who swindle yet another team. The loss of Luke Fortner, however, creates a new need on the offensive line.

The New Orleans Saints have shaken up their offense with bold free agency moves, leaving the future of star running back Alvin Kamara surrounded by uncertainty. After restructuring Kamara’s contract and signing the dynamic Travis Etienne, competition heats up in the Saints’ running back room--at the top of the depth chart and among backups. Amidst the uncertainty, a Kamara-Etienne tandem would power a new-look offense, should Kamara stick around.

Offensive upgrades don’t stop there. The signing of top guard David Edwards has solidified the Saints’ starting five, but depth and development remain critical as injuries and possible departures loom. On the receiving end, the addition of athletic tight end Noah Fant could spark creativity under Kellen Moore’s offensive system. With ripple effects across the roster and more moves possibly ahead, New Orleans is signaling an aggressive push for 2026.

The New Orleans Saints could shake up their wide receiver corps by targeting Alec Pierce, the top free agent wideout and a dynamic vertical threat from the Indianapolis Colts. Pierce would bring explosive playmaking and contested catch ability, but with a massive price tag.

Potential additions like Romeo Doubs or Calvin Austin also loom, and any splash in free agency will trigger a fierce roster battle for Saints incumbents like Ja'Lynn Polk, Trey Palmer, and Bub Means. With questions swirling around draft strategy and internal competition heating up, spotlights will be on every training camp rep as New Orleans maps out its next steps for a dynamic receiver group.

The New Orleans Saints are already cap compliant with over $11 million to spend. Restructures for Chase Young, Juwan Johnson, and Justin Reid have created new flexibility, and with more levers to pull, the Saints are primed to target key upgrades. Why David Edwards, Brock Hoffman and Mekhi Becton could fortify the offensive line.

With the active running back market, the Saints should have their sights set on talents like Travis Etienne, Rico Dowdle, and Kenneth Gainwell to complement Alvin Kamara. Wide receivers Jauan Jennings, Romeo Doubs, and Calvin Austin present intriguing options for a room already eyeing a Chris Olave extension. On defense, Quay Walker and Bobby Okereke could be linebacker targets, while the free agency fate of vets like Cam Jordan and Demario Davis is uncertain.

This episode features an in-depth mock offseason for the New Orleans Saints, covering every major roster decision and free agency target. The conversation starts with a discussion on which key players to bring back, including tough calls on Cam Jordan, Demario Davis, and Alontae Taylor, weighing the balance of veteran presence versus financial implications. The team then strategizes around free agency, targeting a high-impact guard, a versatile tight end, a reliable linebacker, and running back depth to bolster the roster, all while considering cap realities and draft flexibility. The hosts dive into a four-round mock draft, landing top prospects at safety, wide receiver, linebacker, edge rusher, and running back, and reflect on how these moves set the stage for a successful rebuild. The episode wraps up with honest evaluations of the process, highlighting uncertainties, positional battles, and optimism for the franchise’s future direction.
