From Aaron Gordon trade ideas to Deandre Ayton’s growth and Nico Mannion, Arizona Wildcats fans should enjoy this one.

Also, we hit on how Phoenix was faring with all of their injuries this season, and whether we undervalued just how much better the team got considering the absences up and down the roster.

The NBA season is officially in limbo. After Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell contracted the Coronavirus, the 2019-20 season has been suspended by the NBA.

What happens next? Gina Mizell of The Athletic stops by to helps us analyze those steps.

Also, if this is the end of the Suns’ season, what were our biggest takeaways? From Monty Williams’ culture-building to Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton’s growth, there’s plenty to go over.

With the Coronavirus already impacting sporting events, how soon will we see scheduling changes for the Suns? Will the season be delayed, or will NBA teams play games without any fans?

Also, we hit on Mikal Bridges and his promising mid-season development. Will Bridges be the Suns’ starting small forward next season?

Finally, we close on Aron Baynes’ hot stretch. Is the veteran earning himself another year in the Valley?

Brendon goes solo and breaks down the Suns’ 121-105 loss to the Trail Blazers, as the Suns’ lack of depth finally caught up to them. While just about every part of Portland’s roster contributed as needed, the Suns could not survive poor offensive nights from multiple starters.

Brendon discusses how Dario Saric can offset his defensive limitations by scoring and fighting on the glass, as well as Ricky Rubio’s aggressive scoring and the precise environment in which Cheick Diallo can thrive.

Then, the show closes with a breakdown of why Mikal Bridges has to keep scoring, and how the steal numbers told the story of the game.

Following two huge wins over Portland and Milwaukee, we decided to dive further into the formula Phoenix perfects during these situations. Games earlier in the season like Sacramento, at Utah, and Philadelphia certainly stand out, but there’s even more we discussed throughout the whole season.

Devin Booker usually goes off in these outings, but it’s an all-around effort featuring high efficiency and ball movement as well. Aron Baynes and Deandre Ayton have also showed Phoenix can win multiple ways with their big man utilization as well.

What game stands out most to you this season, Suns fans?

This win is certainly high on the list of the best wins of the season for the Suns, as they beat impressive the Milwaukee Bucks, 140-131. Not only did Devin Booker go off, with 28 points in the first half, but Ricky Rubio, Aron Baynes and Mikal Bridges stuffed the stat sheet as well.

Milwaukee was missing MVP favorite Giannis Antetkounmpo due to knee soreness, but the Suns were clicking on both ends of the floor against the NBA’s best team. Tune in for our Free Throws plus Stats to Watch. No surprise, but there were no negatives from this one.

Will consecutive wins over Portland and Milwaukee help turn their season around? It’s time to see how this Suns team responds as they continue to rally around each other during an important portion of the schedule.

We head into the weekend by dancing through the various players the Suns got rid of over the past 18 months, from Josh Jackson and De’Anthony Melton to Alex Len and Marquese Chriss.

We explore whether the Suns under James Jones truly had to get rid of all these players to change the culture and get on a winning track.

It’s not quite revisionist history, but we look back at what happened in the context of the present to see what worked and what didn’t as the Suns built out their 2019-20 roster.

The hits just keep on coming to the 2019-20 Suns roster. A week after Kelly Oubre Jr. went down with a season-ending meniscus tear, Deandre Ayton is now on the injury report. For the third time this season, Ayton is suffering from ankle issues.

Is it time to examine the Puma shoes with Ayton as a possible cause for these injuries? If Ayton is out the remainder of the season, he would only play 101 games in his first two NBA seasons.

How will the Suns respond? Is it even possible to fill 35-40 points nightly without Ayton and Oubre? We look ahead to their first test of that against the Portland Trail Blazers and Milwaukee Bucks.
