On Thursday Kwesi Adofo-Mensah gave his first press conference as General Manager of the Minnesota Vikings. He talked about his mentality as a leader, his approach toward collaboration, and his unorthodox background. Let's go over what he talked about, in particular, his relationship to analytics. He's "empirically-minded" as he puts it, and I've been preaching that mentality for some time.

We'll also take a look at the head coaching rumors. Patrick Graham's name came up for the first time on Thursday, as well as the usual suspects in DeMeco Ryans, Raheem Morris, and Kevin O'Connell. Nathaniel Hackett is out of it, as is Dan Quinn, so the search moves on.
