The Minnesota Wild fell to 1-6-1 in their last 8 games after losing 4-3 to Philadelphia in Overtime at Xcel Energy Center on the front end of a back to back. The Wild carried a 3-1 lead into the 3rd period, on goals from Marcus Johansson, Matt Boldy and Ryan Hartman, but the Flyers scored 2 goals down the stretch to send the game to overtime. In OT, Joel Eriksson Ek was unable to score on a breakaway opportunity after the Wild killed off a penalty in the extra session and Joel Farabee scored the game winner for the Flyers. The Wild fell to 17-19-5 and face Arizona tomorrow at Xcel Energy Center. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 31 of 35 shots as his pursuit of career win 552 continues.
