The Minnesota Wild fell 4-1 to the Vegas Golden Knights in Vegas. The loss stopped a 11 game road point streak for the Wild, who held their place in first even with the loss. The Wild scored the first goal of the game on a deflected puck off of Matt Boldy to take a 1-0 lead, But the Golden Knights scored the next 4 goals, 2 in the first, one in the second and an empty netter in the third to seal the scoring. The Wild also lost Mason Shaw in the first period as he collided with the boards behind the net and did not return to the game. The Wild host Vegas on Monday at Xcel Energy Center for their next game.
