Was 2024 the end of the Department of Equity and Inclusion (DEI)? WTMJ host Jeff Sherman was joined in-studio by Beth Ridley from the Ridley Consulting Group to talk about DEI initiatives.

-On the macro level, Jeff asked Beth for her thoughts on moving DEI initiatives forward in 2025.
