Kelly Kimberly Cheong is a 28-year-old local actress, martial artist, and Tiktok personality with over 300k followers. She was one of 14 actresses in Jack Neo's latest movie, Ah Girl Go Army. She is also ambassadors of various brands around Singapore. When not acting in a movie, Kelly can be found on Tiktok doing 540-degree spinning kicks and sparring with others.

In this episode, we spoke about her internal experiences as a woman before her transition, the difference between a martial artist and a self-defense instructor, the various shenanigans she has gotten herself into, and how she was thrust unwittingly into an ideological battleground over Jack Neo's creative choice of naming her female character in the movie as "Amanda Man".

Mohamed Imran Mohamed Taib is the director of the Dialogue Centre focusing on conversations about diversity and inclusion and a founding member of Centre for Interfaith Understanding (CIFU) an inclusive interfaith organisation. He was previously working in government service for 19 years and was a former associate research fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.

He writes frequently on issues of religion and multiculturalism and has published in local and international news agencies such as Straits Times, Channel News Asia, Today Online and SCMP. He has been a frequent speaker and facilitator on faith and diversity issues and has delivered guest lectures in universities, government agencies, schools, community organisations and MNCs.
