Teague and Steve talk about every bracket from Individual State and along with giving a shoutout to each champion, talk about tough brackets and exciting matches as well as wrestlers who weren't champions but still did something to catch our attention. We then give our picks for our wrestler of the year from each division. At the end of the podcast, Teague reads a post from Baraboo State Champ John Gunderson's father titled "The Other Guy on the Mat"  that will hit home with any wrestling fan and deserves as much attention as possible.
