In this episode, Jake gets into one of the facets of the community he's creating, The Labyrinth! Through mindset, movement, and nutrition we connect to the facets of our lives in which we create our most epic plan A.
Knowing our mindset and believing in it can challenge us. But can also immensely benefit us! The mindset of doing what we want to do with our lives. Self limiting beliefs, fear of security, doubt in our capabilities fall under a fixed mindset. A fixed mindset is believing that these qualities are inborn, fixed, and unchangeable.
Recognizing these mindsets allows us to find drive to change them and finding nuance creating the life we want for ourselves and rediscovering what's actually possible.
