In this episode Jake gives a brief story of his recent experience on LSD! What it felt like, how his experience was perceived and how peace and surrendering can be practiced daily. DISCLAIMER: None of this is medical advice. Most psychedelic medicines are still illegal schedule 1 substances in the U.S.
Jake also brings up a topic that came from The Labyrinth! Boundaries...and how not having our own boundaries spreads us too thin or burnt out. Boundaries protect our time, our energy, and our body! We need to normalize telling others "no" to improve our own self care.

Jake met head on with some of his limiting beliefs and things he thought he couldn't do for himself. Believing he needed validation and confirmation from his superiors to make any decision with his life.
Although he found lots of areas where he believes he needs validation and confirmation. There is no one that makes a decision about what he decides to put in his body and how he treats his body. He doesn't need to know that eating better is right from anyone else but himself. And that's it!
We all have areas that need validation....and in other areas we don't. So how do we find the balance between the two and start trusting ourselves!?
