In this episode, we listen to a conversation between Lorie Kinman and Kimberly about how administration, lean processes, and efficiency glorify the God of order and love our neighbors.

Lorie resides in Peoria with her husband and three children. She and her husband, Jarrod, have been married for almost 20 years and has a heart for the Body of Christ. Lorie comes from many years of experience in the marketplace as partner and Chief Administrative Officer of Auto Body World. Through running this business, Lorie developed a burden to help Christian non-profits and local churches know how to better utilize administrative gifts within their church to increase the fruitfulness of their ministries. She holds leadership in TLC Women’s Group, a Christian group that serves to teach and encourage women. She and her husband planted Ignite Church in 2014. Lorie also spends her time enjoying her three children and teaching them to have the same servant heart she is learning about daily.
