Are you a busy lady wanting to lose a few pounds and shape up before Christmas? Apply for our 6 Week Reboot NOW - reboot.lornamariefitness.co.uk/opt-in-fff

Here are the questions we addressed in this week's Q&A 👇

Ideas for healthy but filling breakfasts (no eggs) and snack ideas for the mid-afternoon slump 🥣🍎

A bit of a random one... But I massively struggle with my fitness in the winter.. getting up early in the dark. Any tips?! ❄️⏰

I really don’t like water - I need a bit of cordial in it especially if I am going to drink 2.5l. Is this ok? If it was just water I would really struggle to do it. 💧🍋

Ways to identify foods which are healthy but calorie dense. I think this is where I may be going wrong! 🍫🥑

I'm 5ft2, 15 1/2 stone and it's no wonder I struggle to get up off the floor. How do I improve this? I can miss a whole activity/yoga pose/30sec movement while I'm trying to get up... my knees are the bit that hurts the most🙈😶🧘‍♀️

You know the problem I had after the walk in Amorgos, seen the chiropractor and my hip flexors were so tight and shortened, so my plan is to strengthen them and of course stretch them, so what would be your go to exercises for both. 🚶‍♀️🦵

How to combat negative self image 💭🙁

Easing joint pain post exercise 💪🌿

Q&A - I’ve fallen off the wagon; How do I break bad habits? I’m craving junk food; Meal prep tips & more!

Here are the questions we addressed in this week's Q&A 👇

How do I break bad habits? I’m craving junk food…

What workouts are best when ill? I’ve been under the weather all week with a cold-like virus, so haven’t had the best week of exercise 🙁

After having a mastectomy with under-the-muscle reconstruction 7 years ago, I have restricted mobility and weakness in my left arm and shoulder. I want to increase mobility and strengthen that side without overworking it.

Been away with work this week and finding food choices, timing and water intake harder. Do you have any tips?

I have creaky knees; how do I know if my squats are good enough? I don’t always think I go low enough.

I have a goal to shrink my middle a couple of inches in the next 4 weeks (concerts coming up, struggling to fit into dresses!). What are the best workouts to help me do that? I realize it’s a combination of things.

I can’t get motivated and I’m feeling really low.

What is the best eating plan to follow? We are bombarded with different approaches (low carb, low fat, etc.). I know protein is essential, but I tried keto for a couple of weeks and actually think I put weight on.

Meal prep tips, please (renovations - argh).

How important are protein powder supplements? How do you know which one to choose?

I’ve fallen off the wagon; how do I not feel guilty about this?

Struggling with lunch ideas to incorporate more veggies. Getting bored of homemade soup every day and it’s too chilly for salads. Any ideas for easy, healthy lunches? 😊

What do you think?

💜Any top tips/ advice to help muscle recovery? What are the best classes to do?

💜What can I do to increase weight loss when I feel like I am eating a healthy diet and am doing lots of exercise already?

💜How to deal with jet lag when going away to long haul destinations (and coming back home!)

💜How can I improve my balance when doing lunges…..?!

💜What would you suggest is a good balance of weekly activity for 'Average Annie' who doesn't work and has all the time in the world ? What is her recipe for healthy/safe old age success?
