Frustrated by the restrictions they brought and the unhealthy perspective they place on a number on the scale, she underwent a profound shift in perspective, prioritizing mental health and holistic well-being to find that fitness CAN actually be really fun!
She's focusing on feeling stronger and healthier, nurturing a positive relationship with food, and gradually overcoming feelings of shame and guilt.
