The idea of coaching can be scary for many people, especially with scammers across social media promising you the perfect utopia, the perfect life, etc. However, Steph & Jenn are different. For starters, Jennifer has a degree in psychology and metaphysical, and Stephanie is a therapist with a master's in social work.
We are dealing with professionals that know what they're doing. More importantly, being a part of the queer community and understanding the needs of people from the community is so important. Toadsy conversation is a realization that coaching is a slow process. It's not an easy fix; it takes another person's work (like a partner or a spouse) and even yourself to make that change (if you are single).
Steph & Jenn offer quantum relationship coaching, a spiritual connection, as we are creatures of energy like the rest of the universe. To couples and people who are single. They offer classes every Thursday.

Don't we love a good drink, "and let's be real, no meaningful conversation has been made over a glass of water," said Chase Baxter. Today's conversation will be about the tour of wide varieties. The discussion about a gentleman's cocktail differs from what they say, but it has the experience and the fun with a twist. The great part about chase and Shane was the dynamic of returning to when we were kids—not going to lie.
This week has been very 90s, and I love it. Overall, just having a great time, bringing up the days of comedy in the 90s and the wisecracks and drama of films when we were kids. Of course, there was more action and a lot of laughs.
Guest today is Shane Bierley & Chase Baxter, hosts of Two Drink Maximum, an interview show over two drinks and nothing more. Join us for each episode as we get to know real live humans and their stories. No wacky hook, no glitz, and glam; just creative, interesting, and unique people sharing their lives and a look behind the curtain at the hearts and minds of amazing folks!

You are listening to the 100th episode of Lost in the Groove podcast.
Karissa and I decided to do a 90's special and talk about our childhood, the days Blockbuster when Disney was at its renascence. And those fashion trends we know and love. Being me (Dave), I grew up in the 2000s, and Karissa she grew up in the 1990s. The two of us, as friends, always run into this conversation whenever we are hanging out. It's strange to be young and feel like your life has changed 50 times quickly.
In this segment, we get into all the corners, and of course, there is a weed to be dealt with and a full-on rant about the days of cartoon Network and nickelodeon. We had so much fun on this episode and a wild ride: such a milestone and an awesome way to kick back to childhood hop on the brown sofa in the living room and watch the rugrats with your folks.
The host of American Groove is Karissa Andrews, Makeup Artist, fully licensed esthetician, candle maker, and pug lover. Located in Los Angeles, and the best part is that you can check out her work on Instagram: @karissathebeautful

True crime is so over-saturated these days, with tv shows coming out literally every week to clickbait titles and stories found on social media every day. Today we have something different for once true crime with an actual focus on the stories that don't get light shed too often, and the precise depiction of what happened the m, mistakes, and the justice has let down the families repeatedly.
I sat down with Courtney and Lisa in this episode, a mother-and-daughter duo. We had an honest conversation about their show and what inspires both of them, and we must remember Lisa's shenanigans and the maggots that need to be brought to justice correctly.
🌸💀The Book of the Dead Podcast💀🌸
Courtney and Lisa, A mother-daughter duo, started The Book of the Dead Podcast in August of 2022. While neither have formal training in journalism, Courtney has spent years diving into the cases that have kept her up at night, and she's brought Lisa along for the ride. Lisa gives her honest, raw reaction to every case that Courtney tells her, and, of course, they both have to jump down the rabbit hole. But, at the end, the most important part of The Book of the Dead is that the victims are never forgotten.

✋It's been fun, it's been great, and we got lost in the grooove🤚
On this episode of Lost in the Groove, we give you a two-in-one, so let us dissect it:
Flowers
A song released recently by Miley Cyrus depicts her freedo9m from her relationship with Liam Hemsworth. The piece itself is new. However, it has a powerful message and a strong presence of taking control of your life.
Food Stamps
Inspired by a conversation Karissa and I (Dave) had where Karissa needed help with applying for benefits due to needing to make the minimum amount you're allowed to drive. The discussion of the idea is simple if there are benefits to help you get out of difficult financial situations, the requirements many times to make any sense, and only include others that need the benefits less.
This episode was Wilde, did dave barely spoke throughout the episode's spoilers, but yes, we hope you enjoy the episode and be sure to like and subscribe and be back next week for another episode into the stoner world.

After a few weeks of vacation, we are back with more weed shenanigans and absurdity. Two best friends host American Groove, dave Lennon and Karissa Andrews, and they are here to converse and sometimes get a bit wild.
We have yet to learn what American Groove is, but we have known where to share a different view and how to converse as people and get stoned while talking. This has to be the finest work we have ever done. We hope you enjoy this episode, and be sure to like and share so we can share more of the groove with you week after week!

We were inspired by the idea of a human experiment involving our patterns and our life cycles. We call modern life a creation of contemporary society, the ability to choose your narrative and where your trust and faith must be. Of course, like any experiment, there are pros and cons, but who is in control? Where do the "common" people fit in?
It has been a minute, but Henry kemp joins us on this episode to highlight his research with activism and an artist of the other dimension. What we mean by this is if we tried to change the experiment, its pattern, cycle, etc., would it ever happen, and when.

So Henry mentioned the episode from Dr. Nichole Lapera's incredible book on human patterns, life cycles, and behavior. It's called "How to do the Work."
We mentioned Mind Games, a song by John Lennon, the inspiration for the title, and the idea of the "Human Experiment."

Ketchup is a simple staple when it comes to condiments. You know what it looks like and where to find it. Now, if you're smoking dope as we do, you start looking for more creative things. One item that is a weird but practical variation of the banana ketchup from the Philippines. It's called Jufran banana sauce. How much you can learn from a simple story like this is wild. Yet again, the episode is just like many conversations we have here. We wanted to understand its history, learn something fun, and share it with our listeners.
