Love, Alzheimer's & The World's Toughest Race. As fast as we can, as slow as we must, was the mantra that Travis & Mark Macey used while competing in the World's Toughest Race - Fiji. The World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji is a multi-day expedition race in which teams race non-stop with little to no sleep over mountains, jungles, and oceans. The twist is the additional teammate they had to contend with; early-onset Alzheimer's.
