Quite a bit has happened this last week. Each day you open the news and there's something else to take into account. This can be difficult to navigate through. Our brains don't like change. It wants predictability. It wants routine and what's known. So how can you feel confident when things are constantly changing?
Tune in with LDS Life Coach Hannah Coles and I'll teach you three things to help you ease into change, no matter what that change is and to be able to create CONFIDENCE amidst turbulent times.
There are countless songs, movies, books, and stories that talk about romantic relationships and breakups. These give us a heads up that sometimes romantic relationships end and while it's not fun, you're going to be okay. But there's another kind of break up that we're not prepared for and it can be devastating, confusing, and painful.
Friendships have the allure that they can and should last forever. The term BFF even declares the expected longevity of that relationship which is why we find ourselves mentally unprepared when a friendship ends.
Join me as I talk about friendships, finding closure, and how to show up confident amidst endings.
This subtle thing is hindering your confidence and you don't even realize it. Here's the thing, everyone does it. It's not really THAT big of a deal. It's not hurting anything or so we think but I assure you this one daily habit is a CONFIDENCE KILLER. Tune in to find out what you're doing and how to tweak it.
So many of us live in a space of having to. I HAVE to pay my bills. I HAVE to go to... I HAVE to clean my house. I HAVE to go to work. What do you think happens to your confidence levels when you operate from a HAVING to kind of stance?
It's incredibly disempowering, limiting, and creates resistance instead of freedom and confidence. Besides thinking about things you HAVe to do, what about the things you think you HAVE to think and believe? There is a magic that happens when we give ourselves permission to choose what we want to keep, what we want to believe, how we want to feel, and ultimately who we want to become. Tune in this week to learn how to adopt a wanting to mentality and learn to drop all the "have to's".
Personality tests are fun and claim to reveal who you REALLY are after answering their short questionnaire. What if everything we thought we knew about personality wasn't exactly accurate? We say things like, "I'm just not that kind of person" or "I could never..." and we have to be careful of these labels because once we label other people or ourselves our brain will use that filter so that's all we'll see. What if our brain is wrong? What if that's not who we really are after all? Tune in this week to hear all about who you REALLY are and what personality REALLY is.
There are times in our lives when things just aren't going the way we hoped. You might be struggling and thinking you're a failure. Discouragement isn't a fun place and it's also a confidence killer. Tune in this week as I walk you through four things to do when discouragement hits.
Learning how to be present dramatically reduces or eliminates our suffering and anxiety and instead creates joy, confidence, and fulfillment. Tune into the episode as I teach you why it's so crucial to learn how to become more present in our lives and as I introduce you to one of my most impactful teachers, Eckhart Tolle. This episode will change you! Ready?
As we grow up we subconsciously "collect" many beliefs about ourselves. These beliefs have a way of working themselves into our future and not in a helpful way. In this episode, I teach you how to stop using the past to create your future and how to be future-focused. Tune in!
So many of us use the past as a way to beat ourselves up and keep us from moving forward. We think about past experiences and use that as evidence as to why things won't work out for us. In this episode, I teach you what the past really is and how to take back your confidence no matter what your past looks like. Then don't forget to tune back in next week as we talk about creating confidence in your FUTURE!
So many of us struggle with Perfectionism and the fear that we're not enough, that we don't do enough, that others will see our not-enoughness and judge us. It's a very unsettling place to operate from and creates quite a bit of insecurity and unrest. In this episode, I teach you a different approach that you can take that will create love, peace, and a way to enjoy the process of becoming instead of shaming ourselves for not "being" yet. You don't want to miss this one! Tune in with LDS Life Coach Hannah Coles
