For the next few months, I'm going to be focusing on the most important foundational work that you can do to improve your relationships.

This includes:

- developing secure attachment

- freeing ourselves from codependency

- cultivating true self-love and self-worth

- learning about boundaries

- developing crystal clear communication skills

In the path of relationships that I teach, I call this Level 1. It will completely change your life even if you have zero interest to move into the higher levels of relationships (Level 2 - Conscious Relationships, and Level 3 - Spiritual Partnership).

The vast majority of people have not yet built the strong and solid foundation that Level 1 provides, and this is why there is immense confusion and failure when it comes to building strong, healthy relationships.

There is no shame, since most people are not taught this - and I had to learn everything the hard way through major life lessons that were incredibly painful and humbling.

This work is worth every single minute.

In this episode, I speak to the Upper Limit Problem that so many of us face in our relationships and life at large. This phenomenon is when we have a ceiling of how much goodness, love, etc we can actually handle - and then we unconsciously block these blessings to bring our nervous systems down to a level that it feels more comfortable.

A simple way to think about it is self-sabotage.

The Upper Limit Problem is an invitation for us to expand our nervous system’s capacity to hold MORE goodness rather than becoming dysregulated and creating problems to bring the energy down.

It’s one of the most empowering things EVER when we can begin to become conscious of the natural pulsation of this universal law of ascent and descent, so that we can avoid dysfunctional ways of trying to regulate our energy.

The thing is, we can expand our capacity for the good, and we actually must do this if we are interested in growing and evolving past our set point. This is not just about having a better life, it’s directly tied into our soul’s evolution - and life is constantly trying to give us the opportunities to do this work.

Sexuality has been divorced from love, and we need to bring these two things back together in order to restore harmony to the planet.

They have been severed for a reason, and it is not in service to the greater good of humanity.

This is way more than just something that would be nice to have - it represents a huge key in the healing and evolution of human relationships, and therefore, humanity at large.

This is a message that is so close to my heart, and was emotional for me to record!

In this episode, I share how sexuality became distorted when it was separated from love, which led to the creation of two polarized camps:

* Sexuality is wrong/bad/shameful and needs to be suppressed, or

* Sexuality should be indulged in an anything-goes culture.

I speak about an integrated third way that represents a major path forward for relationships and human evolution - when we remember how sacred this exchange is and how it can be one of the deepest and most profound expressions of love, as embodied devotion.
