Somatic expression sessions are all about releasing all of the old stagnant emotions (energy IN MOTION) … So that you can allow space to be created for a whole new experience of being in your body. I mix somatic breathe work, movement, sound, journaling, theta and specific playlists to help create the magic in these sessions!  

Making a commitment to do something for yourself in 2023 will only create a ripple effect on everyone who comes into contact with you, horse or human   I decided to partner up with Denise Elizabeth Byron, because she has been instrumental for me in the last five years. She has always been able to support me in forecasting what was ahead for me and for the collective.  After her sessions, I was able to let go of the fear of the uncertainty and allow for guidance and support of my "spiritual team" to do the work for me ... in that space I could take the inspired action needed from a place of flow rather than force.   

Once a month, I will have a conversation with Denise (recorded and uploaded into your personal portal) about what the month in front of us holds. I will build out the journaling and also the Somatic expressions session to support what the collective will need to navigate.   

These sessions will be uploaded to the library in case you missed the live call and there will always be time after to support anyone that needs a little bit of help processing   My intention is to have a safe space we're all expressions are accepted and welcomed… And to connect you deeper with your self so that you can connect deeper with everyone around you. 

I'm so excited to be able to offer this to all of you. There are two different ways you can do it… You can pay monthly or if you would like to commit to the entire year you'll save a little bit in your investment…    The choice is up to you!  

Clearing out anything that may be blocking you from your internal guidance is key…  Sort of like knowing where you want to go and plugging it into the GPS…    You don't necessarily need to know all of the turns and specific street names, but you know you will get where you are going!!   

Your higher self knows the way- my hope is that everyone can cultivate a deeper level of surrender,  to be able to follow and trust yourself, so that you can have the best experience in this round of life!!
