Emotional rawness is really coming up for me these days. I am more easily brought to tears. And under the influence of tears, there is great good happening beneath the surface. Emotional detoxification, cleansing, and releasing of stress are just the beginning.
What are you here for? What gets you up in the morning? This is all about getting caught up in the stuff of love. Re-engage with the sacredness of life. Do not let go of the high watch.
"For there to be art, for there to be any aesthetic doing and seeing, one physiological precondition is indispensable: Rausch. Rausch must first have enhanced the excitability of the whole machine: else there is no art." (Twilight of the Idols, Nietzsche)
There have been some dark, dark days in my past. My worthiness and sense of self were very diminished. We are in the midst of deep spiritual growth and truth finding. Who we decorate our lives with has a profound impact on many areas of our lives. Ask just about any "successful" person you know; chances are, they have a mentor. Look to people who hold wisdom, expertise, character, charisma, and integrity, and be like them.
Sometimes we need to just step away so that we can come back to ourselves. Brene Brown says, "Where perfectionism exists, shame is always lurking." Perfection gets in the way of our success. Perfectionism kills curiosity.

Allow your light to reflect back to you. Hang out with people who love you, who hold the light for you, who have good manners, and who cheer for you and your purpose. Prioritize pleasure. Prioritize joy. Reward yourself for trying.
Carl Jung said, "Only the paradox comes anywhere near comprehending the fullness of life." Brene Brown shared that "during these challenging moments of dissonance, we need to stay curious and resist choosing comfort over being courageous." I'm going to add to these ideas.
