It's easy to get swept up in what's going on in the world right now and fall into a state of lower vibration integrity. I'm talking about things like gossip, judgment criticism, dehumanization. It is so necessary to rise into unreasonable high vibration integrity - love, light, kindness, intention - and get really clear about what makes you come alive and what personifies love.
